Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR helps you process traumatic memories and reduce their emotional impact by reprocessing difficult experiences. Often leading to significant symptom reduction, EMDR typically requires fewer sessions than traditional therapies.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

Cognitive Processing Therapy is designed to help individuals identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and beliefs related to trauma, especially feelings of guilt, shame, and self-blame. This treatment is effective for PTSD and trauma-related challenges.

Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)
